Premium Rice Mill Machine for Commercial Rice Processing

First, the rice passes through the raw grain elevator and is vertically transported into the cleaning and destoning machine. This machine efficiently removes large and small impurities as well as stones from the rice, achieving a removal rate of over 95%. Subsequently, the rice is circulated and transported by a double-lift elevator, and it enters the husking machine and gravity sieve separately. In the husking machine, the rice is subjected to hulling operations using the differential linear speed of two rubber rollers. At the same time, the gravity paddy separator separates the mixture of rice and paddy, sieving out the clean paddy and sending it to the sand roller rice mill, while the clean rice returns to the husking machine for the next round of processing. Next, the clean paddy undergoes cutting operations in the sand roller rice mill, producing standardized polished rice. The finished rice is vertically transported by the finished rice elevator to the broken rice sieve, where broken rice is removed based on volume ratio to enhance the quality of the finished rice.
